New York based label, Mansur Gavriel, opens the “Candy Shop” during New York Fashion Week to celebrate the Spring Summer 2017 season. Doors open today February 15, at the brand’s 134 Wooster Street store location.

The custom-designed 1,500 square foot space presents a new and fully immersive Candy Shop environment, inviting customers in for the first opportunity to shop handbags and shoes from the Spring Summer 2017 collection.

Custom shelving lines the yellow Candy Shop walls and stocks traditional fine Italian confections, including Jordan Almonds, Mantovana and Balsamic Cakes, Biscotti Di Prato with almonds, brioche pastries, and more. Sales associates dressed in custom uniform assist visitors. A wrapping station at the center of the Candy Shop allows guests to have their purchases packed in custom made Mansur Gavriel boxes.

Last month, Mansur Gavriel announced that it would step away from the traditional fashion calendar format and into a consumer-focused “see-now-buy-now” model. The brand will showcase its Fall Winter 2017 collection during New York Fashion Week in September, where its handbags, shoes, and debut ready-to-wear collection, will be available for immediate purchase.
