I booked a rejuvenating ‘Facial Anti-aging treatment’ by Marisa Berenson, as I just turned 30 I thought this might me something I should try.
We are travelers and hard workers and it’s important to find the balance between the stressful everyday life and relaxing moments, otherwise your body, your soul and skin might get out of control. My lovely therapist Nursen guided me through the SPA and after she started with an analyse of my skin to understand what kind of products she should focus on during my treatment in a private, calm and relaxing room.
She said that there are actually so many anti-aging products on the market, which don’t really have an effect on the skin. There are basically there to sell. But the secret of anti-aging is simple, she said.
Hydration.
Keeping your skin hydrated is the best way to avoid wrinkles, and for this you don’t need to buy 400€ products. It is also important to use natural products (on cleaned skin) with high quality water and oil to avoid dehydration.
What did my therapist use for the Anti-Aging treatment?
First the natural Sublime Cleanser was used to cleanse the skin (and remove make-up) and to prepare the skin for the treatment.

After the one hour treatment I went down to the pool and had a jasmine green tea, to get a little detox effect on top. We also went into the private Turkish steam bath (hamman), the Jacuzzi, the Sauna and the SoFit fitness room – rejuvenation in Amsterdam just got to the peek. Just like this we went off in the day, with that little kick, feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
