RAHUL MISHRA Fall – Winter 2016
Last Paris Fashion Week, Indian designer Rahul Mishra presented his Fall-Winter 2016 collection with an important message:
“The world needs more compassion, love and freedom to heal itself in the times we are living.”
The designer found inspiration for creating his collection in ancient old traditions and multicultural influences.
The clothes have been created using handcrafted Indian fabrics, which represent the ancient old craft of tapestry waving. According to Mishra, there is love in the magical hands of human beings that weave a tapestry.
The collection, which is called “It felt love”, is an advocacy for seeing beauty and love in things that humans create. Thinking about the turbulent world we live in and the events that have been happening, we at What We Adore could not agree more with this positive message for the world.
