GALERIE MITTERRAND | Gstaad Art from 16 to 18 February 2024
To mark the first edition of Gstaad Art, Galerie Mitterrand is delighted to present a selection of post-war and contemporary works on the theme of nature.
The focus will be on the artist couple Les Lalanne, whom the gallery has historically represented since the 1980s, with a selection of important pieces such as the Petit Bouquetin des Alpes, the Mouton de laine and the Grand chevreuil by François Xavier Lalanne, and the pair of Fauteuils Crocos and the Crococurule by Claude Lalanne, from his famous crocodile furniture set.
These works will be accompanied by a selection of works by major post-war artists such as David Hockney, James Rosenquist, Carlos Cruz-Diez and Ross Bleckner.
